We are a family owned and operated business on the Gold Coast, and Paradise Point is one of the more distinctive suburbs we work in — a community of roughly 7,000 people sitting where the Gold Coast Broadwater meets the Coomera River, sheltered behind South Stradbroke Island.

Very little of the electrical work here is standard suburban work. The northern tip of the suburb runs into the Sovereign Islands canal estate, and Ephraim Island sits off the southern end across a bridge — both are dense with large waterfront homes carrying loads an average house never sees: pool and spa plant, lifts, extensive landscape and jetty lighting, ducted climate control, back-to-base security, EV charging and whole-home automation. Getting that right is a question of switchboard capacity, circuit separation and load balancing, not just running another cable.

The other half of our work here is the village. The Esplanade shops — the post office, medical clinic, cafes and food outlets — are commercial premises with commercial obligations: exit and emergency lighting, RCD and appliance testing, three-phase equipment and kitchen fit-outs.
